Group Training (morning)

Group Training. WOD (workout of the day) is different everyday. We use KBS, TRX, Med Balls, Sandbags, Dumbbells, and other fun stuff. At this time, we do not require you to sign up before class. Please come a few minutes early to check in on our iPads by entering your email address/phone number, selecting the class time, and clicking finish. If you are coming for you first class, please sign the waiver online before coming in!
