Group Training

Group Training. WOD (workout of the day) is different everyday. We use KBS, TRX, Med Balls, Sandbags, Dumbbells, and other fun stuff. At this time, we do not require you to sign up before class. Please come a few minutes early to check in on our iPads by entering your email address/phone number, selecting the class time, and clicking finish. If you are coming for you first class, please sign the waiver online before coming in!

Barbell Class $59No purchase required to enroll

Barbell Club teaches power lifting and olympic lifting skills in a small class setting (15 people max). When used in conjunction with normal Fit Factory classes, Barbell Club can provide additional strength, power, explosiveness, and a better understanding of body mechanics used during these more technical lifts. A $59 /mo barbell club membership can be utilized for up to 3 class times a week. Monday’s programming will match Tuesday’s. Wednesday’s programming will match Thursday’s. Friday’s programming will match Saturday’s.
